You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. ★Please don’t rearrange the furniture. ★Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation. ★Amenities like the projector, dishwasher, HVAC, fire pit, washer & dryer, etc. are provided for your convenience, but we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted service. If a breakdown occurs, we'll do our best to fix it as soon as possible. Fees: ★Smoking: 200 USD for each day you are at the condo smoking. ★Unauthorized Late Check Out: Fee of 50 USD after 1 hour. After two hours a fee of the base rate for that date. (The fee does not afford the guest possession of the property ) Final Notes: ★Liability & Safety: By confirming this reservation, guests—and any individuals they invite—acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with their stay. They are fully responsible for their own safety and well-being. The host will not be held accountable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that transpire on the premises. Unauthorized guests, those not listed on the reservation, are strictly prohibited.
